Payment, Refund, and
Cancellation Policy
1. Non-Refundable Payments
1. All payments for dive packages are non-refundable once the guest
is picked up or arrives at the
resort.
2. Package costs and arrangements are non-transferable to alternative
activities, other arrangements,
materials, or individuals.2.
Down Payments and Cancellations
Any down payment or advance payment, with or without a receipt, is
non-refundable and will be
forfeited in the following cases:
1. No-shows.
2. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled arrival.
3. Unpaid Packages
Any unpaid portion of a package or scuba diving course that has
commenced must be paid in full upon
guest checkout.4.
Refunds Due to Resort Unavailability
A full refund will be provided if the selected resort is fully booked
or has no vacancy on the reserved
date.5.
Activity or Package Modifications by the Resort
If an activity within the package cannot be completed due to
resort-related issues or unforeseen
circumstances caused by the resort, a full refund for
that specific activity or prepayment will be issued.6.
Flight Cancellations or Emergencies
If a flight is canceled or an emergency arises ike medical
emergencies, legal constraints, or other
unavoidable personal issues occurs upon the guest's arrival, 50% of
the deposit will be refunded.7.
Calamities During the Package
In the event of a natural disaster (e.g., typhoon or earthquake)
affecting an ongoing package, 50% of
the unused portion of the package will be refunded.8.
Pandemics and LockdownsIf
a pandemic is officially declared by the World Health Organization
(WHO) and lockdowns are imposed, all deposits and prepayments will be
held as credits for future reservations. Credits must be used within
12 months.
